"Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light."-Albus Dumbledore
I am continuing to work on my manuscript while I research how our brain perceives the information we take in as we read. I am currently on chapter seven of my novel, though I have the whole book planned out in bullets. I plan on speaking with the school psychologist tomorrow, so I need to get my questions organized. I don't want to give the whole plot line away, but here are the basics...
I’m going to tell you a story, a story you all need to hear because we need to be heard. This tiny sliver of my life is why I am who I am today. This is not cuddly or pretty, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t beautiful. Life isn’t perfect or it wouldn’t be living. But the people I met through my story were as close to perfect as you could get. We didn’t live perfect lives, or have perfect influences, but we had each other. And you, my well loved reader, now have me.
